PURPOSE: An integrated address management system for switching a new address and a basic region number under a postal code structure is provided to reduce maintenance cost according to system development by using a legacy business system in changing a business system. CONSTITUTION: A road name code(14) is generated by using a road name(15) in a city and a province. A road name compressing code(11) is generated by using the road name code and the road name. The road name compressing code is applied to a serial number of a zip code. The road name is added to an administrative area after writing out content suitable for a inscription method of a new address.
