<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter for a substrate, which easily adjusting the switching speed of a gate signal for a switching element used for an inverter, and to provide a converter having a small area for mounting an adjusting member. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter 1 has the switching element 138 for converting a power having the substrate 7, an element body positioned on the first surface 71 side of the substrate 7 and a gate terminal, electrically connected to the element body and penetrated and arranged to the second surface 72 side as the rear side from the first surface 71 side of the substate 7 to be input and further includes an adjustment circuit 3, having the adjusting members on the substrate 7 so as to be electrically connected to the gate terminal and adjusting the switching operation of the switching element 138 for power conversion, by adjusting the switching speed of the gate signal.
