The object of the invention is an alkali activated concrete composition comprising a binder and an alkali activator, wherein the content of blast furnace slag in the binder is 48-54 wt -% and the binder comprises a combination of fly ash and blast furnace slag in the ratio 0.4 - 1.0 by weight. The invention also describes the use of alkali activated concrete in precast concrete elements.
