PURPOSE: A heating body for fixing device, a fixing device having the same, and an image forming device are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to minimize an image forming device. CONSTITUTION: An accepting pipe(203) accepts a carbon fiber filament. Terminals(205) are installed in both ends of the accepting pipe. The terminals connect the carbon fiber filament with a power source. The carbon fiber filament is formed in carbon fiber filaments. The carbon fiber filaments have linear density of 1 to 70 tex.
