CONSTITUTION: A lithium secondary battery comprises a positive electrode current collector(101), a positive electrode on the positive electrode current collector comprising a positive electrode current collector active material layer having a plurality of single grains, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Each of the single grains comprises an electrolyte between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, Each of the single grains is lithium-containing composite oxide(103a,103a,103b), each of the single grains has a length of b-axis direction shorter than lengths of a-axis direction and c-axis direction.
