PURPOSE: A charging monitoring system for an online electric transport, a method thereof, a charging monitoring device thereof, and billing processing device thereof are provided to increase the maintenance efficiency of an online electric vehicle by accurately checking a charging quantity and calculating billing information according to charging through a network. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring unit(102) measures a charging quantity of an online electric transport. The monitoring unit stores the measured charging quantity as billing energy data. The monitoring unit transmits the billing energy data to a billing processing device(400) through a network. A power charging unit(104) charges with power supplied trough a power supply device(200). A driving unit(106) drives the online electric transport according to the power.
