PURPOSE: A system for analyzing online user opinion information and a method thereof are provided to accurately check a direction for online activities of users by using standard indexes obtained through analysis. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of web servers(300) post user opinion information generated in online. An opinion analyzing device(100) extracts opinion information related to a specific issue from the user opinion information of the web servers. The opinion analyzing device applies a type of the extracted opinion information and a weighted value according to an online channel in which the opinion information is generated.
