PURPOSE: An LED device sorting apparatus is provided to improve productivity by rapidly unloading an LED device from a wafer ring. CONSTITUTION: A loading unit(100) loads a wafer ring with LED devices(1). An unloading unit loads the LED devices from the wafer ring on a sorting plate(210) and unloads the LED devices from the sorting plate. A transfer tool part(300) is installed between the loading unit and the unloading unit, picks up the LED devices at the withdrawal location of the wafer ring and loads the LED devices at the loading location of the sorting plate. |
