PURPOSE: A mold die structure for f-theta lens is provided to improve the optical performance of a lens by minimizing the surface shape deviation of a lens by maintaining uniform high temperature in the mold die structure. CONSTITUTION: A mold die structure for f-theta lens is composed of an upper mold, a lower mold(120), a temperature measuring unit, a cooling unit, and a discharge unit. The temperature measuring unit comprises six temperature sensors along the circumference of a molded product for measuring the temperature change of the upper mold and the lower mold. The cooling unit maintains the high temperature of a mold die. The discharge unit discharges a molded product from the mold die by using the lifting of an eject plate.
