<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable ink composition for process color ink-jet printing use excellent in the curability of low-density thin-film part and high-density thick-film part, adhesion to a printing base and the color reproducibility of full-color printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable ink composition for ink-jet printing use comprises a pigment, an ethylenic double bond-bearing compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a photoinitiation auxiliary, wherein the photopolymerization initiator is 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-1-one and the photoinitiation auxiliary is an amine.
