PURPOSE: An address transforming circuit and a semiconductor memory device including the same are provided to increase a lifetime of the memory device by changing a memory mapping in a system booting process. CONSTITUTION: An address transforming circuit(140) includes a switch control signal generating circuit(141) and an address transforming unit. The switch control signal generating circuit is synchronized with a reset signal and generates switch control signals which are alternatively enabled. The address transforming unit generates second addresses by transforming bits of a first address in response to the switch control signals.
