PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke device, a singing evaluation method and a program, for evaluating singing with intonation. SOLUTION: The karaoke device generates an intonation evaluation data which is calculated based on difference between a sound volume level which is a value for indicating a variation degree of the sound volume level for singing voice of a singer, and an average value calculated from the sound volume level. As a singing intonation degree is evaluated from a value indicated by the intonation evaluation data, evaluation of singing intonation can be added to a result obtained by scoring the singing of the singer.
