PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the contamination of residues by using a rubbing member with an absorption hole in a rubbing process. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(102) is formed on a substrate(101). A thin film transistor(TFT) includes an active layer(103), a gate electrode(105), a source electrode(108) and a drain electrode(109). A first electrode(113) is formed on the substrate. A pixel defining film(114) is formed on the first electrode. The pixel defining film exposes the predetermined area of the first electrode. A middle layer(115) includes an organic light emitting layer formed on the predetermined area. A second electrode(117) with an external light scattering face is arranged on the middle layer.
