PURPOSE: A sphere-shaped device having a membrane is provided to remove oil film by using a membrane stably by using a plurality of wires connected with a membrane. CONSTITUTION: A sphere-shaped device(100) comprises a hollow spherical body(10), a supporting unit(20), one or more elastic wires(23), a membrane, and a controller(40). The hollow spherical body comprises an upper hemispheric body(11) and a lower hemispheric body(12). The supporting unit is installed in the hollow spherical body. The elastic wires are connected to the exterior of the supporting unit. The membrane is attached to elastic wires. The control unit moves and rotates the supporting unit up and down.
