PURPOSE: A dual clutch shift control device of a vehicle is provided to prevent time delay and nonlinearity generated by the direction change of a driver by utilizing a restriction condition for maintaining a driving direction to one direction. CONSTITUTION: A dual clutch transmission(10) controls a clutch by receiving a command and measuring information from an engine control unit(30) and a transmission control unit(50). A first clutch(11) and a second clutch(13) exchange for information. The first clutch and the second clutch perform a control algorithm. A first clutch controller(15) controls the first clutch. A second clutch controller(17) controls the second clutch. The first clutch is driven in a coupled direction. The second clutch is driven in a separated direction.
