PURPOSE: A device handler and a device transferring method are provided to regularly load a plate regardless of an arrangement state by analyzing a device arrangement image and correcting a loaded plate. CONSTITUTION: A transfer tool(520,530) includes a pickup head(610) and a rotational driving unit(620). The pickup head places LED devices from a first loading member to a second loading member by picking up the LED devices. The rotational driving unit rotates the pickup head. An image obtaining unit(630) is installed on a moving path of the pickup head and obtains an image about the picked up LED device. A loading position is corrected in the second loading member of the device by calculating the arrangement state of the device from the obtained image.
