PURPOSE: A method for creating an identifier of an electronic apparatus and information management method using the same are provided to use information related to an electronic apparatus regardless of the exchange of the electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus manager receives information from one or more electronic apparatuses(302). The apparatus manager creates an identifier for an electronic apparatus which is newly installed(306). When excepted identifier information is not included, the apparatus manger obtains electronic apparatus information corresponding to a server using the identifier(308,312). The apparatus manager relays the acquired information to the electronic apparatus.
