PURPOSE: A double-layer structure valve is provided to reduce the material costs without degradation of quality by employing overlay welding and inconel 625. CONSTITUTION: A double-layer structure valve comprises an outer layer(10) cast out of carbon steel and an inner layer(20) formed by overlay-welding inconel 625 on the inner side of the outer layer.
