PURPOSE: A method for fabricating vermin repellent antibacterial fibers is provided to ensure strong antibacterial property and to the fibers in clothes or bedclothes. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating vermin repellent antibacterial fibers comprises: a step of mixing lacquer and Cinnamomi cortex in a container; a step of diluting salt with distilled water and boiling; a step of removing allergen; a step of mixing a woven fabric(1) with the liquefied extract; a step of expanding the fabric and soaking the extract into the fabric; a step of drying the fabric; a step of precipitating the fabric; a step of passing the fabric through a dehydration tank(4); a step of applying strong UV ray at 850-900 Deg. C.; a step of quickly drying the fabric. |
