PURPOSE: Instant boiled rice food and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to conveniently produce and eat the boiled rice food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of instant boiled rice food comprises the following steps: mixing proper amount of powder seasonings, liquid seasonings, and dried ingredients to obtain mixed seasonings; inserting the mixed seasonings in boiling water or boiled water; adding raw rice or raw grains into the mixture; drying the cooked food at the temperature higher than 80 deg C, or drying the cooked food for evaporating the moisture; and inserting the food in a paper, Styrofoam, or plastic container. The raw grains include rice, barley, wheat, millet, corn, glutinous rice, black rice, brown rice, potato, sweet potato, taro, oats, and chestnut. |
