PURPOSE: A simple rice cake steamer capable of uniformly steaming rice powder is provided to secure the stability and the strength of a steam generator for steaming rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A simple rice cake steamer(100) steams rice powder inside a simple rice molding container installed inside a simple rice cake steaming set(200). An A-layer plate(11) is located in between left and right supporters. A-layer 1-N nozzles(13, 14) are located on the A-layer plate. A-layer 1-N steaming pipes(15, 16) induce steam from a steam generator(S), and are connected to the nozzles. Each nozzle has upward covers(G). A-layer 1-N steam pipes are branched from an A-layer integration pipe connected to the steam generator and a condensate drainage pipe(B). The A-layer 1-N steaming pipes include A-layer 1-N valves(22) opening and closing by A-layer 1-N levers(18, 19). |
