The invention relates to measurement technique, in particular to super-sensitive SQUID-magnitometry. A method for calibration of a multi-channel SQUID-magnitometer includes not less than one signal channel that performs measuring transformation of magnetic field at input of the channel to coded signal of voltage at output of the channel. According to the invention, calibration coil is placed in plane of receiving turns of input antennae and symmetrically with respect to those in such a way that calibrated values of field at inputs of all the channels are equal. Then one calculates coefficient of decay of calibrated value of field at input for measured component of the channel Cas a ratio of the field value in center of receiving turn of antenna Bto its value in the centre of coil B. Calibration is carried out not less than at 3 calibrated values of field – at the boundaries and at the middle of the range of measurements, with calculation of the function of transformation and constant shift for each channel. Calculated calibration coefficients are further used for re-calculation of code signal of voltage to magnetic field, and re-calibration/verification is carried out similarly to calibration. |
