PURPOSE: A system for promoting online learning is provided to enable a plurality of general users to perform a common project such as a remote lecture in virtual class on a web. CONSTITUTION: A managing server(300) opens virtual class. A learning promoting web site is installed in the managing server. A user terminal(100) searches various virtual classes and projects in the learning promoting web site. The user terminal registers and posts personal information and work for participation of the virtual class or the projects.
