A method for stimulating the growth and regeneration of the sciatic nerve in rats after partial damage in the experiment is a method of surgical treatment of the sciatic nerve. After partial damage (incomplete section) of the sciatic nerve in rats in the experiment damaged fascicules of this nerve are sutured, under its epineurium the outlet tube from the "Omaio" tank is passed which which is sutured in subcutaneous tissue of the rat thigh, thigh wound are sutured in layers. After completion of operation in the tank "Omaio" the drugs are transcutaneously injected to accelerate the growth and regeneration of nerve.
