PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing an interluekin-32 inhibitor and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is provided to treat or relieve inflammation of a patient with allergic rhinitis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating or relieving allergic rhinitis contains interleukin-32 inhibitors and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. The interluekin-32 inhibitor is an interluekin-32 inhibitor, siRNA which suppresses interleukin-32 expression, an antibody which specifically binds to interleukin-32, or an antisense oligonucleotide. The composition further contains GM-CSF(Granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor).
