The present invention relates to leisure sports helmets which have a slide joint groove formed in front and a plurality of air vent formed around the circumference. Protective eyewear is inserted into the slide joint groove and slide into the inside of the helmet body. A slide guide is installed in the slide joint groove to support and guide the protective eyewear. A handle is attached to the protective eyewear in a way that is detachable and guides the protective eyewear to slide along the slide joint groove. |
