METHOD OF MANUFACTURING RING COMPONENTS

A method of manufacturing ring components, in which a bar is used, which is wound on a straight generatrix of a cylinder. From its wound part blanks are separated in the form of a screw ring with a minimum butt gap in the plan that are assembled on a mandrel in a package with orientation along the butt gaps. The package of blanks is compressed on the mandrel along the axis; the common butt gap is welded by a common seam. The common seam is smoothed from the outside, individual rings are separated from the welded structure by a torque and deformed by a process effort. The bar is wound with an inner diameter of wound part that is smaller than the diameter of mandrel, the mandrel diameter is determined depending on the size of ring inner diameter. The ratio between the diameter of wound part and diameter of mandrel is selected according to a formula.
