PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PYROXILINE POWDER WITH FORMULA ADMIXTURE

摘要

A process for the production of pyroxiline powder with formula admixtures at production of powder mass has been carried out with preliminary mixing of all components, besides formula admixtures are added in dispersed state into solution of diphenylamine in ester and after preparation of powder mass the plastifying of it is carried out by granulation. The preparation of formula admixture in a form of finely dispersed ceresine to the settling chamber, in which toward torch through gauze screen cooled to temperature of 8-10 °C air is given.
