PURPOSE: A toilet bowl with a device for improving the appearance and an improving method thereof are provided to detect a dirty point in the toilet bowl. CONSTITUTION: A toilet bowl with a device for improving the appearance comprises an upper structure of a toilet bowl(1) and a lower structure of a toilet bowl(2). The upper structure of the toilet bowl comprises a control unit(10) and a storage unit(20). The control unit detects a dirty point in the upper part of an elliptical guide of the lower structure by operating a sensing unit and a driving unit according to initial signals inputted through an operating switch or a power switch. The control unit makes electric components turned off, which corresponds to the dirty point. The lower structure comprises the sensing unit(30) and the driving unit(40). The sensing unit senses the dirty part in a guide unit. The driving unit confirms the dirty part, and hides the dirty part by changing the color of the dirty part.
