A garment for use in snow, cold and/or wet conditions having a removably attachable hand-covering portion and a sleeve portion. The sleeve portion extends at least to an individual's elbow. The hand-covering portion and sleeve portion have co- operating fastening means which are removably engageable with each other so that the individual can temporarily remove the hand-covering portion when they encounter warm and/or dry conditions or when they are performing a task that requires increased dexterity. The garment prevents the wearer's wrist and/or forearm from getting wet and/or cold when encountering snow, cold and/or wet conditions.
