PURPOSE: A disaster broadcast system using a digital audio broadcast is provided to recognize the existence of a disaster broadcast using the added PRN(Pseudo Random Noise) code by adding the PRN code to the digital audio broadcast. CONSTITUTION: A disaster broadcast system(10) includes a transmitter(20) and a receiver(60). The transmitter creates and transmits a DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) signal A wireless transmission unit(50) of the transmitter adds modulated PRN to the digital audio broadcast signal. The wireless transmission unit transmits the digital audio broadcast signal to the outside. The receiver modulates and demodulates the digital audio broadcast signal.
