DRILLSHIP HAVING BLOCK IN MOONPOOL FOR PREVENTING VORTEX WITH CONCAVE TYPE FLOW STABILIZER PART

PURPOSE: A drillship with an anti-vortex block with a recessed flow stabilizing part is provided to be protruded from the bottom of a ship at minimum because the bottom of an anti-vortex block is inwardly recessed to a hull, thereby being economically improved regarding the construction of the ship. CONSTITUTION: A drillship with an anti-vortex block in a moonpool comprises a flow stabilizing section(30) having an flow intake part, a flow equilibrium part(32), and a flow separating part(33). The flow stabilizing section is formed by recessing a point at the bottom of an anti-vortex block(3) toward the top of a hull. The flow intake part is upwardly inclined toward a stern side to prevent the separation of external flow. The flow equilibrium part keeps in a balance or at a fixed angle with the bottom of a ship to maintain the flow stream flowing in through the flow intake part. The flow separating part is downwardly inclined toward the stern side to separate the flow passing through the flow equilibrium part.
