PURPOSE: A source driver, a display device including the same and a driving method thereof are provided to control the gap between output voltages of a global amplifier by controlling an input voltage of the global amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A resistor string(400) includes a plurality of resistor elements(R1-R15) serially connected between a first reference node(RN1) and a second reference node(RN2). The voltage difference between transition nodes is controlled by varying effective resistance of one or more resistor elements connected to a first transition node(N2) and a second transition node(N3). The transition node outputs a boundary voltage among grayscale voltages included in different global gamma voltage signals.
