PURPOSE: A test system for foam discharging rate with a circular chamber is provided to prevent inflow of foreign material from outside by installing a cover. CONSTITUTION: A test system for foam discharging rate with a circular chamber comprises a cylindrical chamber, a first pump(310), a first pressure gauge(320), an one way check valve(330), a fire extinguishing solution storing tank(400), a second pump(510), a first check valve(520), a flow meter(530), a mixer(600), a second pressure gauge(710), a second check valve(720), and an outlet(800). The mixer mixes water transferred through the one way check valve with the extinguishing solution transferred through the first check valve. The second pressure gauge measures the water pressure mixed by the mixer. The second check valve controls water to be flowed. The outlet discharges water transferred through the second check valve.
