PURPOSE: A sugar filtering apparatus having excellent durability, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fix a frame and a filtering plate using a piece and a spot-welding process for improving the durability of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sugar filtering apparatus comprises the following: a frame in a rim shape integrated to an inlet hole(9) for an opposing carrier; piece holes(4) formed on the longitudinal direction of the frame; a filter plate(3) with the end inserted through an opening(5) on the frame, and the piece holes matching the piece holes on the frame; a piece(6) inserted into the piece holes on the frame and the filter plate; and a convex unit of the filter plate spot-welded to the upper and lower surface of a pipeline(10) located inside the frame. The filter plate has an embossed wave form. |
