PURPOSE: A press fit card edge connector terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase shape precision of an elastic arm. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials of a strap shape are prepared(S1). The thickness of an elastic arm processing area is reduced by phased forge processes two times(S2). A connection protrusion shaping area is blanked and pressed to process the shape of a connection protrusion portion(S3). A bent structure of an elastic arm is formed by bending the elastic arm processing area(S4).
