PURPOSE: A shopping mall server applying evaluation information of a buyer for a product evaluating person and an operating method thereof are provided to enable a buyer to easily select a product by using product evaluation without a managing director. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mall server registers product evaluation information of a product evaluator and product information(S1). The product information and the product evaluation information of the product evaluator are displayed in a buyer terminal(S2). The shopping mall server provides an evaluation user interface for evaluation of the product evaluator when the buyer purchases the product with the product information and the product evaluation information registered(S3). The shopping mall server registers the evaluation information of the product evaluator in a database(S4). The shopping mall server blocks exposure of the product evaluation information registered by the corresponding product evaluator when an evaluation value of the product evaluator is less than a preset score(S5).
