PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase bonding power between a bead spacer and a substrate, thereby uniformly maintaining a cell gap even though the substrate is bent. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(210) face each other. A bead and a first adhesive are mixed. A bead spacer(320) is formed on the first substrate. A second adhesive(324) is formed on the second substrate and corresponds to the bead spacer. A liquid crystal layer(3) is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
