PURPOSE: A moving frame of a ski pallet for loading and unloading and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the processes for manufacturing a ski pallet by applying a laser-treatment and structural folding technique to improve the structure of a moving frame. CONSTITUTION: A moving frame(300) of a ski pallet for distribution of loading and unloading comprises an upper plate(310), right and left foldable plates(321, 322), an incline guide hole(330), and a projected rib(340). The right and left foldable plates are formed on left and right sides of the upper plate. The incline guide hole is composed to be opened with a symmetrical shape and guides the moving of a main body supported by a pin inserted in the incline guide hole. The projected rib is arranged to be projected horizontally in the inner portion of the incline guide hole and connected to the upper plate and separated with the incline guide hole.
