PURPOSE: A method for discounting a reverse demand using a smart phone and a system thereof are provided to accumulate points of more than available points in a point card, thereby discounting payment costs of a user card by using the points accumulated. CONSTITUTION: A card information matching unit(160) matches one or more point card information with user card information. A point card determining unit(132) determines point card information which the corresponding point value can be accumulated A demand discount requesting unit requests user approval to a smart phone of the user for a discount of payment costs of a user card approved the payment by using a point value accumulated, when the point value accumulated is bigger than or equal to an available point value.
