Cosmetic composition comprises, in a medium, a dispersion of ethylene polymer particles that are surface-stabilized with a stabilizer, in a nonaqueous medium, where the stabilized ethylene polymer is rigid, and the stabilizer is an ethylenic polymer block comprising at least one first block and at least one second block, the first and second blocks are linked together via an intermediate segment comprising at least one monomer constituent of the first block and at least one monomer constituent of the second block.
