<p>A power supply comprises a plurality of intermediate circuit capacitors (C1, C3) which are connected in series, and part winding branch circuits (PB1, PB3) which are used for the series connected intermediate circuit capacitors (C1, C3) respectively. Each part winding branch circuit (PB1) is in parallel connection with the corresponding intermediate circuit capacitor (C1) and comprises a part winding (N1) possessing a first tail end and a second tail end and a switch assembly for disconnecting and closing a part of a circuit that penetrates the part winding (N1), and each switch assembly comprises a first terminal (T11), a second terminal (T12), a first controllable switch (V1) and a first diode element (D1). The power supply is configured to supply power to a load from the series connected intermediate circuit capacitors (C1, C3) via the part windings (N1, N2), and each switch assembly also comprises a second controllable switch (V2) and a second diode element (D2).</p> |
