摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cement clinker using granulated slag or fine slag is provided to reduce energy by introducing granulated slag with a low melting point into a sintering step. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cement clinker comprises the following steps: pulverizing and mixing 73-85 wt% of calcareous raw material, 5-21wt% of clay raw material, and 1-3 wt% of iron oxide raw material based on 100 wt% of raw material of cement clinker which is composed of the calcareous raw material, clay raw material, the iron oxide raw material, and water granulated slag; pre-heating the grinded compound at 800-900 deg. Celsius by providing the compound to a pre-heating tower(2); and sintering at 1250-1400 deg. Celsius by mixing 5-15 wt% of granulated slag based on 100 wt% of the pre-heated crushed mixture and raw material of the cement clinker. The particle size of the granulated slag is 2.5 mm or less.</p>
