PURPOSE: A transparent display apparatus is provided to enable a user to conveniently control the transparent display apparatus and to realize various functions. An operation unit(101Q) provides an operation signal to a transparent display panel. When a first menu displayed on a first screen is touched, the operation unit displays a second menu which is the lower menu of the first menu on the second screen.
