PURPOSE: A call charge support method and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable a group such as a company to reduce costs for building and maintaining a wire phone. CONSTITUTION: A call managing device(50) determines whether to support a call charge by originating information of a call device(10). If it is determined to support a call charge, the call managing device stores originating history information as member information according to the call device. The call managing device calculates total call points using the originating history information. The call managing device pays a support charge according to the total call points.
