PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing and eliminating scale in conductive fluid based on magnetic force is provided to induce strong magnetic force and magnetic field by forming an independent magnetic pole. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing and eliminating scale in conductive fluid includes a magnetic force generating unit(100). The magnetic force generating unit includes a plurality of magnetic board parts(110) and a strip-shaped fixing band(150). A plurality of bar magnets(120) is arranged in the form of pins such that the same poles of the bar magnets are arranged at the same side. The magnetic board parts are spaced apart to secure flow paths between the neighboring magnetic board parts. The magnetic poles of the neighboring magnetic board parts are alternatively arranged. The apparatus further includes a fixing member(130).
