<p>PURPOSE: A black ink composition is provided to improve electrical insulation, sealability, moisture resistance, processability, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, printability, and antifouling resistance. CONSTITUTION: A black ink composition comprises 5-15 weight% of sulfur black dye, 5-15 weight% of sulfur black dye, 5-15 weight% of black pigment, 15-34 weight% of polymer resin, 0.2-1 weight% of a dispersant, 0.01-0.1 weight% of a leveling agent, 0.01-0.1 weight% of antifoaming agent, 25-35 weight% of isopropyl alcohol, 5-10 weight% of ethyl alcohol, and 25-35 weight% of isopropyl alcohol. The polymer resin is selected from of the following: a polyurethane resin, a polyester resin, a polyvinyl resin, an acrylic resin and a polyvinylpyrrolidone resin.</p> |
