PURPOSE: A transparent display apparatus is provided to enable a user to conveniently control the transparent display apparatus and to realize various functions. CONSTITUTION: A transparent display panel(180Q) realizes images. The transparent display panel includes a first screen and a second screen facing from each other. An operation unit(101Q) provides an operation signal to the transparent display panel. When the first location of the first screen is touched, the operation unit executes the first function. When a second location corresponding to the first location of the second screen is touched, the operation unit executes a second function which is different from the first function.
