PURPOSE: A transparent display apparatus is provided to enable a user to conveniently control a transparent display apparatus and to execute various functions. CONSTITUTION: A transparent display apparatus includes a transparent display panel(100) and an operation unit. The transparent display panel realizes images. The operation unit provides an operation signal to the transparent display panel. The operation unit converts modes according to the sloped angle of the transparent display panel based on a gravity direction.
