PURPOSE: A water pipe connecting device is provided to prevent a connection pipe from being separated from a water outlet of a socket pipe using a seal ring and a grip ring. CONSTITUTION: A water pipe connecting device is comprised as follows. A seal ring(40) is arranged between a water outlet(110) of a socket pipe(P1) and a connection pipe(P2). A pressing ring(30) is placed on the seal ring. A grip ring(20) is placed on the pressing ring. The outer incline(21) of the grip ring adheres to the inner incline(12) of a pressure wheel(10) which has a hollow. A stepped groove(13) is formed on the bottom end of the inner incline of the pressure wheel. A stepped portion(31) is formed on the edge of the top surface of the pressing ring. When a nut(19) of a joint bolt(18) is tightened, the stepped portion of the pressing ring adheres to the stepped groove of the pressure wheel. |
